Due to state budget issues and a more competitive grant writing market, the Starpoint Foundation was started in 2003 for the sole purpose of supporting the mission and programs of Starpoint. We do this through public education and fundraising. We hope to fill in the gaps in funding in adult services and to stabilize funding for the early childhood programs.
