The Mama Den is a Social Group for all parents, plus breastfeeding support! Join us – in person on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month from 1:30 – 3pm. Feel free to treat this as a come and go event.
Who’s welcome?
Any mama who is looking for community. Expecting, currently breastfeeding, previously breastfed, and formula feeding moms and non-lactating partners. All mamas are welcome not just breastfeeding folks. We also have a certified lactation counselor and peer counselor facilitating. We can provide before/after feedings weight checks, latch help, flange fit & supply help.
Other little ones are also welcome. Coffee, tea and snacks provided.
