Our Programs

SPIN

Starpoint’s SPIN Early Childhood Care and Education Center is a fully inclusive, non-discriminating, high-quality early childhood program where scheduling choices are available to meet individual family needs.

Early Head Start

Early Head Start is an income eligible program available free of charge to Fremont County families with children birth to age 3, and for pregnant women. Early Head Start is a Federal program that promotes the school readiness of children from birth to age three within low-income families by enhancing their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Early Intervention

Early Intervention provides support and resources to assist family members and caregivers of children with disabilities or developmental delays, from birth until a child’s 3rd birthday.

Nurturing Parenting

Nurturing Parenting is a family centered, home visitation and parenting support program. This program is designed to serve families with children birth to age 17. Through weekly or bi-weekly home visitation and group sessions we encourage nurturing behavior and positive child/parent interactions while offering meaningful connection opportunities with other families.
