Local artist, Mary Shell volunteers her artistic talents to the Adult Day Program every two weeks for an hour. This week the consumers played with clay!
More than 50 Chaffee County consumers and staff rode the Royal Gorge Rail Road breakfast train on May 28, ate lunch at Pizza Madness and then relaxed in Veteran’s Park. By the time they returned to Salida they were happily tired and glad to be home! JR particulary had a great time as he loves trains!
More than 200 consumers, families, sponsors and staff attended the annual Consumer Bowling League Lunch Banquet at the Florence Elks Lodge today. Staff and sponsors helped served the lunch and team members enjoyed the comradery and door prizes while waiting for the final league standings announcement.
